Types of fuelcard
Fuel cards are split into 2 main types, fixed price fuel cards and pump price fuel
cards. Please see the charts below for examples of each type of card. Fixed price
fuel cards
Fixed price fuel cards offer companies a fixed weekly price for their fuel - most
of these cards only offer a fixed rate for diesel; however the Texaco Fastfuel fuel
card offers a fixed rate for both Diesel and Petrol. This fixed weekly price is
typically 2-3p per litre below the national average pump prices.
